Product description

The system for performing protection of steel structures in fire resistance class up to R 240 and monolithic ceilings, walls, beams and column in reinforced concrete in resistance classes up to REI 240.

Application

Steel structures: Elements of steel structures (beams and columns) located inside the building and having a U / A mass index not exceeding 231 m-1 can be fire protected using the CONLIT 150 system with: - CONLIT 150 P boards or - CONLIT 150 A / F boards with one-sided aluminum foil cladding. The connection of rock mineral wool slabs is traditionally carried out using CONLIT GLUE glue and additional reinforcement by means of steel assembly nails. The solution enables the protection of four-, three- and two-sided elements in steel (beams and column in) with open profiles exposed to the impact fire in standard.

Monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings, walls and poles Fire protection systems CONLIT 150 should be tight enclosures of the abovementioned elements. Rock mineral wool slabs should be attached to beams, column, walls and ceiling with a steel connector in Hilti IDMS or other steel connector for fixing insulation approved for use in construction.
